5.11.3 Onsite Verification
‘A major nonconformity shall require onsite verification of the corrective action. The onsite
verification shall be considered a special audt (soe section 7.2) and shall be completed within a

7.2 Special Audits
It may become necessary for the cettfication body to conduct audits of carted clisnts to
