Lowell E. Shaw Price: $ 10.00 More Bipperies (VOLUME 2) For Two Horns The Hornists’ Nest ecececeje]ce: H.N. 95, More Bipperies (Volume 2) I suspect most of you know the routine. However... these pieces should be approached in light style. They should be played at a speed that you find comfortable, as the tempo markings are only suggestions. The * accents indicate notes that are staccato as well as marcato, and the “swing” and “straight” eighth note usage is noted where I thought it might be necessary. For the most part, dynamics have been left to the discretion of the players. #10- A sprightly march. #11 - Relax, don’t rush. The second half gets a bit fancy. # 12 - Think a Latin beat behind this one. # 13 - Keep calm. # 14- A ballad. Smooth, und mit schmaltz #15 - Not much rest in this one. # 16 - Sassy, with lots of drive. #17 & 18 - Let them swing. #19 - A quick afterthought in 6/8. In spite of all this, the idea is to have fun!! Hope you enjoy. Lowell Shaw More Bipperies 3 2 Horns in F (Volume 2) i No. d= 132 Bippery No. 10 Lowell E.
