This Excuse letter elucidates the reason of my son, Joseph Gervoso Denoyo, Who
enrolled in NSTP ROTC Subject for Being absent Last Saturday, November 12,
2016. For this reason, I need to have his companion as my proxy for applying
passport appointment at the DFA, for I could not clearly memorize all the details
that must be filled in the application form.

I am looking forward for your great consideration to excuse my son for his
