Greetings!

The use of technology's by products such as gadgets, computers and other similarly
situated technology driven devices has been incorporated to the daily lives of this
generation's youth. This technology has proven to be an effective communication
and research tool. However, unregulated use thereof has created a lasting impact to
those who abused the usage of these devices that resulted in the tragic downfall of
their dreams and that of their families.

To avoid the imminent danger posed by these technology, we, the duly constituted
authority tasked for the enforcement of laws, we are advising you to properly observe
and abide the provisions of Municipal Ordinance #277, Series of 2008, enacted into
law to regulate the usage of internet, games, the user and the proprietor itself. We
attached herein the guidelines, regulations and penalties for your information and
compliance.

We are hoping that through this reminder, you will voluntarily perform the necessary
acts for the proper observance of the above stated ordinance.
