Detailed description
For Company Code 1099 we need to create a new WS to TSE in Madeira.
This new WS must follow:

- Working days - From Tuesday to Saturday (Tuesday to Thursday from 09,00 am to 17,30 pm, 1 hour for lunch
between 11,30 am to 15,00 pm) and (Friday and Saturday from 18,00 pm to 02,30 am, 1 hour to dinner from 20,00 pm
to 22,00 pm).

- Non Working Days - Sunday and Monday

- For this WS July 1st and August 21st must be considered non-working days.

- Legal calendar of blank Holidays (National) must be considered to this WS.

Target date completion.

In case if HR2U system is impacted the completion date should be aligned with standard monthly release dates.
Proposed solution
NGA should propose a solution to solve the issue of considerer July 1st and August 21st as non-working days instead of
Local holidays (calendar).
Impact, if not implemented or not implemented before the target date completion.
Employees (TSE) working in Madeira will not be working accordingly to business needs.
Please specify if the change is emergency and if workaround exists.

In order to complete the CR I need to know since when the new WSR should be able to be used and the previous
cuestions, What whould be the holiday calendar used, P2 or P3? and the cuestions in the Action 38 and 39 of the parent
ticket.

Could you kindly answer me as soon as posible, please?

Break, 1 hour to dinner from 20,00 pm to 22,00 pm: There’s no any break defined like this. We will need to create a new
one.

Determine Daily work schedules (V_T550A)
Tuesday to Thursday from 09,00 am to 17,30 pm:

Friday and Saturday from 18,00 pm to 02,30 am: There’s no any daily work schedule defined for this time. We will need
to create a new one.
Sunday and Monday non-working days:

Determine Period work schedules (V_T551A) (Tables to review: V_T551C, V_551C_B, V_T510S)
As we need a new Daily Work Schedule with a new Break Schedule there’s no any Period Work Schedule that we can
use to create the Work Schedule Rule so we will need to create a new PWS.

Determine Rule for Day Types (T553A)
In order to give a solution to the request regarding considerer July 1st and August 21st as non-working days instead of
Local holidays (calendar). We will ask to GAMO team about the customizing of the tables T553A and T553S.

Table T553A:

It is possible that we need in this table a new Rule for Day Types. This had been created by Global team Rule for Day
Type 47
Determine Day Types for Special Days (T553S)
Table T553S:

In this table we will need to update the days 01/07/2011 – 9999 and 21/08/2011 – 9999 to be considered as requested.
The entries for 2011 had been created by Global Team for the new Rule for Day Type 47.

Once all this customizing is done we are able to create the new WSR in the next path:
