Wax Museum Costume Contract  
Costumes will be brought to school in a LABELED bag with the student’s name on EVERY item of 
clothing. Costume drop-off week begins on Monday, March 19th and ends on Friday, March 
23rd.

I understand that Ms. R is giving me this contract so that​ I can gather and plan out 
my materials well-ahead of the actual due date (March 19th-23st). ​I also remember 
from reading the Project Overview that the price limit on this costume is $10 and that 
Ms. R wants me to get creative with what I already have! :)
