6) Analyse the reasons behind every instance of anger.
7) What is the nature of my relationship with him?
8) Why was I angry with him?
9) What was my role in it?
10) What was my earlier experience?
11) Seek the answers and then resolve not to get angry with him again.
12) Bless him.
