Respected Sir,

With manners of respect it is stated that I am Consultant Clinical

Psychologist, I holding My MSc in Psychology and MS. in Clinical Psychology and
Doctorate Scholar.

I was sound and healthy overall but unfortunately, I faced a traumatic

situation in my life in June 2015. A van hit the High S there was 7 causalities and
all the other passengers was massively injured, I was one of them.
I have fractured in my pelvic bones as well as hip joint dislocation in right
leg. Its took one year of rest at bed and almost half year on stairs.

Due to this reason, I have lost most of chances of carrier during my

rehabilitation period and after full rehabilitation, I am handicapped and unable to
apply for my career to achieve suitable job in the following esteems disciplines.

 Captain rank as Psychologist in Pakistan Army

 Pilot Officer as Psychologist in Pakistan Air Force
 Pilot Officer as Psychologist in Pakistan Navy
 ISI, Police jobs and jobs in security agencies as an officer.
 Other all kinds of jobs which needs physical fitness.

Thus, limited the opportunities for my carrier. So for the securing career while I
am further ambitious for Doctoral degree I need physical disability certificate which
will help me in the consideration of age relaxation as well as for apply on the
disables quota in various departments.
