Support System RECBASS). Track Soldier’s process through the Soldier Readiness
Processing (SRP) stations (Medical, Dental, Finance, ACS, Red Cross, Legal, Retention,
Clothing Issue and ID cards). Perform duties of the Unit Prevention Leader (UPL) in-
accordance with the Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP) guidance.
PERSONNEL MANAGER
Managed English Language testing for the local nationals. Prepared orders for personnel
traveling and confirmed reservations for transportation and accommodations, using
telephones, faxes, mail, and computers. Assisted in coordinating training, travel and
lodging of Mobile Training Teams. Initiated documents for passports and visas for
military and local personnel. Monitored and inventoried the use of U.S. sensitive items
used for training. Managed the transfer of U.S. Government property. Performed as
Liaison between Georgian students and U.S. Military Academies to ensure admission
requirements were met. Served as a link between management and employees by
handling questions, relocation, and facilitating transitional housing needs. Assisted in
setting up business, governmental and military conferences for U.S. Dignitaries.
Gathered official documentation from personnel requesting entry to U.S. Embassy in
accordance with policies and procedures.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Provided and audited training requirements for military personnel. Monitored MILPER
data and information management to ensure accuracy. Monitored suspense actions, and
training that provided knowledge of biochemical testing procedures, policies and
regulations. Maintained quality control procedures and extensive automated information
and reporting systems. Trained Unit Prevention Leaders (UPLs), and coordinated DOT
testing. Instructed and maintained updated comprehensive training courses for UPLs.
Served as a technical expert on biochemical testing requirements. Coordinated and
scheduled the collection of specimens with UPLs and shipped specimens to Forensic
Drug Testing Laboratories (FTDTL).

pay programs. Evaluated personnel qualifications for special assignments to reduce

leaves, and passes.
