STATE OF TENNESSEE VS. _Quiton Jarrod Braxton. ‘ADDRESS: 3215 14th Ave, ‘The undersigned affiant, after being duly swom according to the law, states that Quinton Jarrod Braxton. ‘Whose name is otherwise unknown tothe affiant, committed the offense of Theft over $1000.00 in the above county on or about 09729 120 17 Further, affiant makes oath that the essential facts constituting said offense, the sources of affiant's information, and the reasons why his/her information is believable conceming seid facts are as flows: On 10-13-17, Mr. Pinkesh Parekh with Red Roof Inn Plus filed a report on a credit card fraud case. Mr, Pinkesh stated that he is the Manager at Red Rood Inn Plus located at 2431 Williams Strect in Chattanooga Hamilton County Termessee. Mr. Parekh slated that Quinton Jarrod Braxton came into the business on 09-29-17 to rent two rooms fora week totaling $1540.84. Mr. Parckh stated that they were prescnted with a Wells Fargo credit card for payment of the ‘two rooms. The card was declined end he had to get authorization from Wells Fargo to over ride the declined payment. Mr. Parekh stated that he told Mr. Braxton that he would need authorization from the eredit card company. Mr. Parekh ‘gave his email address to Mr. Braxton to have authorization numbers sent from Wells Fargo. ‘Mr. Parekh stated that he received an email from who he thought was Wells Fargo with authorization numbers for the ‘wo rooms. He put the sumbers in the system, and it over rode his system for the charges to go through. It was later ‘discovered that the email was not sent from Wells Fargo but was from an email address of princesskarme!@yahoo.com ‘that was forward to his email address. The amount was declined by Wells Fargo. Mr. Parekh did take the supect's identification at the time of check in and made a copy to put with the file, He stated that he did not have video ofthe incident, ‘On 10-09-17, Mr, Braxton retunred again and attempted to use the same card and the same scam, and told them that ~ ‘the last time he was in the card was declined, and he had to contact Wells Fargo to authorize the card. ‘The suspect v caught on video this time and Mr. Parckh stated that it was the same person from last time. ‘Ihe suspect was identified |______ from the video by using his Tennessee ID photo, The Total loss to'Red Roof Inn Plus is $1,540.84 Affiant - Nat Address “2 005 2b VINCE DEAN, Clesk Caminal DW. ‘Gene Selon Cour By: 100/708 ° wea grit ahs b10e/90/20"
