1.1 The minutes were confirmed as correct SSB

2.0 PRELIMINARIES Info

Contract Particulars :
a. Main Contractor : SMCGC (M) Sdn Bhd
b. Contract Sum : RM83,714,082.90
c. The Completion period for the contract shall be twenty four (24) months
inclusive of mobilization period and public holidays
d. Date of Commencement: 5 Dec 2016
e. Completion Date : 4 Dec 2018 for main building works
: 4 Sep 2018 for TNB Substitution & M&E Rooms
f. Liquidated Damages : RM 26,000.00 per day for main building works
RM 5,0000.00 per day for TNB substation
& M&E rooms
g. Period of interim certificate : one (1) month
h. Percentage of Certified Value of work retain ： Ten （10） percent
i. Limit of retention fund : Five (5) percent
j. Period of final measurement and valuation : 12 months
k. Defects liability period ： 27 months

2.1 PRA reported to reply memo proper with sample use A.I attachment SSB

3.0 QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT, SAFETY & HEALTH (QESH) SHO

3.1 SSB reported that there are total 97 people on site. SSB is to ensure that all SSB/SHO
workers are have permit and have valid CIDB Green Card. PRA is reminded
to set appointment with CIDB if their can handle training at site office.

3.2 SSB reported prepare Cost of CIDB Green Card by or before 15 April 2017 SSB/SHO
