2 When click extract, it doesn’t do anything. It only pull data in the background.
 Leave it uncheck, will pull all
wafers. Everytime you check
or uncheck it, it will clear all
the selection in Test list.

Box Plot Selection

Lot/wafer# on x-axis

separate TestName.

Use arrows to move back Use up and down buttons

and forth parameters to rearrange the params.

and gave a name. Just open
