Hello again All-Staff,

This is a great opportunity to tell you about Yoga & Meditation Club coming to Patrick
Henry! John Weatherly, Blaine Johnson and I have been discussing offering a yoga and
meditation practice for staff and students to share after school and at lunch. We are still
working out details, but preliminary plans may include a quiet space and short guided
mediation at lunch, and a yoga practice after school once a week (potential for more often, if
there's interest!).

If you are interested in practicing with us, please let us know! Everyone is welcome. More
details to follow soon.
