LEVEL UP BASKETBALL CAMP in partnership with World Hoops Clinic will be holding a Basketball Coaches’
Clinic in Davao City on February 23-24, 2018 at Genesis 88 Gym, Ecoland, Davao City.
Its primary goals are to share current techniques in basketball coaching which are being used worldwide
and help improve basketball in the Philippines as a whole.
It would interest you to know that the first run of the same clinic which last June 2017 was a huge success.
It was participated in by close to 300 basketball coaches, mentors, and leaders.
For this upcoming event, we intend to bring in Coach Tab Baldwin (Champion Coach of the Ateneo de
Manila Blue Eagles team and former Head Coach of Gilas Philippines) and at least two of the following
coaches: Alex Compton, Sandy Arespacochaga, Jimmy Alapag, Olsen Racela, Jong Uichico, and Topex
Robinson, to share their knowledge and expertise as coaches/ mentors. Also to positively influence local
coaches in Mindanao to help develop and lead young athletes towards reaching their full potential as
basketball players.
In line with this, we would like to invite all your Basketball Coaches in this worthwhile event. Registration
fee is pegged at a low Php 4,500 per participant way lower than that charge last year which was at Php
6,000. We hope that you will take this very rare opportunity for your coaches to upgrade and be at par
with national coaches in terms of knowledge, experience and values in basketball.
