Letter of Appointment

This is wfth reference to your application and subsequent interview you had with us. we are pleased to
appoint you in the 1:11 Recreation and Amusement Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') on
the following main terms and conditions --

be effective from 27-May-2013.

3. Place of Posting:

Your normal place of work is Company's Office situated at TO City (Kundli). You may also be
required to work at other locations wthin India or abroad, including vnth Company's other
subsidiaries (including tont ventures) as determined by the Company.

4. Remuneration:

You shall be paid salary and other allowances as mentioned in the Annexure —I, enclosed with
this letter.

You will not be entitled to any other remuneration/ benefits! amenities/ allowances other than
what is stated/ mentioned in the Annexure-I except Provident Fund and Gratuity which shall be
admissible as per the statutory Company rules for the time being in force. Further if at a future
date the Company introduces any new remuneration / facilities. makes modifications or
restructures the emolument structure, the present remuneration structure will also be suitabty
modified amended.

The remuneration and allowances paid is personal to you. By accepting this offer you also
confirm that you shall treat your remuneration package and changes thereto as strictly private
and confidential and shall not reveal the same to any of your colleagues or to any other party.

You would be solely responsible to fulfill the liability of Income Tax in respect of the salary and
allowances paid to you However, the Company would be at liberty to deduct the Income Tax
from your salary as per the provisions of the Income Tax Act as amended from time to time
