Enter Material, Plant and Date

Requirement Plan will be usefull for planning group of materials with some name i.e we can Give the
Naming for group of Materials and can give schedule.

After entering the above said data Hit Enter Button..

Give the schedules/Demand for Argo-1000

Click the Scheduling View to Split the Monthly Demand to Day Wise

Here I am Spliting

Feb-Month Demand is in Month Form

March Month Demand is splitting into Weeks

April Month Demand is splitting into Day Wise

No Splitting

Splitting into Weeks wise

Splitting Into Day Wise

Select the April month Schedule and split into Day Wise
Now we have splitted the March Month Schedule into Weeks Wise and April Month Schedule into
Daywise.The Splitted Demand will appear in RED color Font.
Click the Table View and

Save the Screen.

MRP

Run MRP at Plant Level or Product Level or Item Level.

Now we are running MRP at Product Level

Enter the Data as above said.

Click Enter Button…

System will ask you to check the input parameters…Press enter..

MRP Results:-

Here you can check the MRP results for each material if not satisfied you can come out with out saving
the results, if satisfied you can save the results.

If we run MRP at plant level(MD01) the above screen will not come, the results automatically will get
save.

Select the material and click the Selected Results so that can be seen the results
You can save the results..

After saving the results new screen will come that screen will give information of how many materials
planned and material list with running time. Click Back Button…or press F3
Go to stock Requirement List..MD04

Enter Material and Plant to see the single material

Collective access:

Here we can access materials collectively with some selection screen.

Like based on MRP controller or Vendor etc…so results will come based on the selection screen.
February Month Not Splitted

March Month Splitted into Week days.

April Month Schedule splitted into Day Wise.

Now Select the Planned order to convert into Production Order

Double click on Planned Order

Will get pop up screen where you can see Planned order number , quantity , dates and sone push
buttons called Prod.Ord(Production Order), Partial Prod Ord etc…
Click Prod.Ord
