Dear Sir,

I have an account in Bank Alfalah I-10 Markaz Branch. Today dated 29th January 2018 I visited the
bank around 4:30 pm for issuance of pay order. I went to the Relationship Manager clean shaven, in his
forty’s and wearing eye glasses (don't know his name). I was in Shalwar Kameez.

He treated me like I have done something bad to him. I politely ask him I want to get a pay order issued
(I never had to deal with pay order so I don't know the process) for applying for a PIA post. He looked
at me like I was disturbing him. He asked me do you have a bank account in BAFL. I replied positively.
I even showed him the PIA number against which to be made. He said to me indifferently to fill the
form from there and again asked from me do you have account in BAFL? Like he still can't believe I
have an account in this bank.

So I filled the form and bring it back to his table to ask whether I have missed anything in it and what's
the next step now? He was working on his computer and didn't even look at me. I thought that two
persons that were sitting in front of him before me and it's rude to ask my question so I went back to
sitting area. After that 2-3 persons came to him even when he was working on the computer and he
looked at him, shake hands with them and listen to them. After serving those two people I came to him
and he asked what? I said what to do next and he said submit it to the cash counter. I asked okay have
I missed any details? He said you have to write the cheque number and asked where your cheque is? I
said I have my cheque book at home. He looked at me like I have wasted his precious time and
responded that I asked you to have a cheque which he didn't tell me before, otherwise I wouldn't have
fill the form and went back home to get my cheque. He casually tossed the form towards me and said
go get a cheque then it will be entertained and again start working on his computer and I left the bank.

I really felt degraded because I came to the bank with couple of my friends and it's a small branch so
people in sitting area was watching this. Sir, if this is the service BAFL is providing to its customers
especially students who have low account balances in the bank then how do you expect that students
will come towards banking process.
At-least the Relationship Manager could have guided and excused me politely instead of such
behaviour. I was shocked and angry at the same time.
Kindly, teach that Relationship Manager to at-least have the courtesy to treat each customer equally and
have a positive demeanour if someone asks information from him.
