a.) Target Market:


Our lending company would be aimed primarily at borrowers and
entrepreneurs in middle and upper-income households living in Bukidnon, and in
Visayas and Luzon within the next five years.

b.) Loanable amount, the corresponding rate of interest, other terms of the loans
including mode of payment:
We plan to grant a maximum loan of one million pesos depending
on the collateral offered. There is also a plan to further reduce the present interest
interest rate of 2% per month as we grow in our business operation or at any
given time that we are already capable. Our mode of payment is monthly,
quarterly, semi-annually and annually. However, should the amount of loan is one
million pesos or more, the term may be extended to two or more years.

c.) Marketing Strategies:


Personal advertising through Servant Community members during area
conferences (Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao) and national conferences held
annually.

Searching out prospective borrowers and providing follow-up service.

Influence the reduction of lending rates in the local market or


communities.

Offering a reasonable and affordable financing rates thereby freeing the


disadvantaged parishioners from the clout of usurers and financial
manipulators.

d.) Sources of Funds:


Investments from personal contact with prospective businessmen and
Servant Community members nationwide.

Investments from community members from the United States, Australia


and other countries where there are active Servant Community members.

Loans from banks and internally-generated resources such as deposits and


capital accounts.
