1. Ordinance No. 2015 – 01 of the Bgy. Council of Bgy. Camangay, Leganes, Iloilo
dated January 4, 2015, entitled; “An Ordinance prescribing the imposition of Barangay
Business Clearance of Barangay, Leganes, Iloilo”.
2. Letter from the Philippine Red Cross, Western Visayas Regional Blood Center dated
January 9, 2015 addressed to Atty. Adolfo E. Jaen, Municipal Mayor. The letter is
appealing for the kind hearted support to the Red Cross by organizing a blood
donation activity for this month of January 2015. And, they are willing to come
anytime at any date this municipality would like to conduct the blood donation
activity. The positive response is well appreciated.
3. Resolution No. 9905, promulgated on October 21, 2014 by the Commission on
Elections. In the Matter of Providing the calendar of activities and periods of certain
prohibited acts and adopting pertinent resolutions promulgated for the 28 October
2013 Barangay Elections for purposes of the 21 February 2015 Special Sangguniang
Kabataan (SK) Elections.

2. RESOLUTIONS:
1. A resolution requesting Board Member Junjun Mondejar of 2nd District of
Iloilo for financial assistance in the amount of Ten Thousand Pesos
(P10,000.00) to supplement expenses for the celebration of Saad Festival
of the Municipality of Leganes on January 22, 2015. (Author: Hon. Judith
S. Jimeno).
2. A resolution approving the application for Simple Subdivision Project of
Arleme Guevara located at Bgy. Cari Minor, Leganes, Iloilo with an area of
1,732 square meters more or less containing nine (9) lots with Title No.
090-2014003986 and Lot No. 2-C-1-H-3 (PSD-06-068711).
3. A resolution approving the application for Simple Subdivision Project of
Ma. Ella Calaor (Attorney-In-Fact Eligio R. Calaor) located at Bgy. Cari
Minor, Leganes, Iloilo with an area of 1,037 square meters more or less
containing three (3) lots with Title No. T - 228040 and Lot No. 2-C-1-H-4
(PSD-06-068711).

a.) Letter from the Office of the Municipal Mayor dated January 20, 2015
signed by Atty. Adolfo E. Jaen, Municipal Mayor addressed to the Hon.
Members of the Sangguniang Bayan, Leganes, Iloilo thru: Hon. Joseph
Allen D. Españo, Vice Mayor/Pres. Officer. It is to request for an authority
to borrow one (1) unit heavy equipment grader from the Office of the LTC
Julieto L. Estorque, Commanding Officer, 552 ECB, 53E Bde, Philippine
Army situated at Camp Hernandez, Dingle, Iloilo to be used in the
maintenance of Barangay roads in the municipality.

I. COMMITTEE REPORT:
1. Committee report No. 2015 – 021 of the Committee on Agriculture, Fisheries, Natural
Resources and Environmental Protection, subject; “An ordinance declaring October 25 of
each year an Arbor Day requiring active participation of All Municipal Employees, including
the Private Sector, Schools, Civil Society groups in the tree planting activity within the
Municipality of Leganes including the Mangroves and Katunggan Park”.
