SUB: STATUS REPORT ON CONSULTANCY-REG

REF: meeting on 5th feb regarding this subject

We have invited NiPPON PAINT COMPANY executives and had a preliminary meeting and also
involved our students for market survey and other consultancy for promotion of the product. We are
discussing with them whether we can get a regular consultancy for their promotion and advertising
activities.

I am also discussing with few corporates and offered them “FINANCE FOR NON FINANCE
MANAGERS” program to their employees as a consultation as we are expertise in this field.
Negotiations are taking place as it is also involving their policy.

We are also planning to give GST consultation for trading houses through our contacts.

We are also exploring the possibility of starting a HR placement , Recruitment , Training and
development for our students for a fee which we are currently outsourcing ,We have enough talent
and qualified faculty in HR who can be utilised for SKILL DEVELOPMENT AND TRAING of OUR
STUDENTS and instead of paying outside agencies this may be taken by our own faculty

We are in the process of discussion with various corporate houses whether our resourceful faculty
members can be involved for their consultation and employee training as a part of CONSULTATION
Business Restructuring Strategy may be offered as a Major Consultation for Financially strained
business in retail segment and family business establishments. FINANCIAL RESTRUCTURING AND
DEBT RESTURING are prominent areas and we have faculty with adequate experience.

We Have enough exposure to secondary market operations in STOCK EXCHANGE and I am also
approaching Investment consultation for individuals ,firms and family business houses.

TAXATION (INCOME TAX) Consultancy may also be offered by us for all our in house requirements
and outside business people in this area. INDIVIDUALS ,FIRMS AND CORPORATES are being
identified by our faculty team for this taxation consultancy. We are discussing with our contacts and
I have created a corporate relation team involving our Learned Faculty Members.

I am confidant that we will establish our consultancy wing from School of Management and
Commerce
