I. Preliminaries
The meeting started at 1:30pm after the attendance was checked. It was followed by
the reading of agenda facilitated by Nair Amer.

II. Business of the Day

Mr. Amer discussed about the event which is the Lambigit 2016 that was held on
July 23, 2016 at the St. Michael’s College – St. Joseph’s Gymnasium. He talked about the
details of the events; The theme, “SMC vims to retro”; the attire to wear, the activities
 that will be part of the event which include the Pop dance competition and the Ballroom
competition. In alignment of the activities, he discussed about the mechanics of the
activities and who will be the officers to be assigned for each event. Mr. Amer assigned
for the following:

Props and Costumes Emma Mariz Garcia & Heartzel Gabe

III. Other Matters

Mr. Amer reminded the officers that there will be a meeting for the month of August
in preparation for the upcoming Indigay 2016.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:00PM.
