JANUARY-DECEMBER 2017 NEWSLETTER

"One Act of Kindness started it all.”

One of the first local outreaches we ever did
was feeding the homeless in our city of San Fer-
nando. My wife Alyssa (girlfriend at the time)
and I are seen here in the back of our old white
wagon (nicknamed Betsy) filling soup cups.
I remember we didn’t even have the money for
the ingredients but God provided.
Together with a handful of team members we sat, prayed and ate with the
homeless on the pavements or whichever place they were gathered. This is
the way we started in 2009. One act of kindness sown brought many mira-
cles on the streets. Now we touch thousands globally with the love of God.
We did not plan this but God " - Anderson Mohammed.

Catch the Fire—National Evangelism Conference
(January 2017)

Conference, January 2017. The Conference was organized by the
New Testament Churches of God, Trinidad. It was held at their head-
quarters in Barataria, Trinidad.
Gathered were approximately 300 pastors and evangelists for 2 days
of conference sessions. Anderson spoke on “Living the Life of an
Evangelist” sharing testimonies of his global travels and how the real
success of ministry comes from the hidden closet of your prayer life.

THE NEXT STEP MISSIONS CONFERENCE (February 2017)
Venue: Port of Spain upon the Logos Hope Ship (OM International)
Started in 2010, and held biennially since, Next Step is a missions initia-
tive facilitating the coming together of Mission Agencies and churches
with the goal of working together to reach people for Christ and encour-
age Spiritual growth. Together, activities are planned that provide infor-
mation on topics pertinent to missions whilst creating an atmosphere for
networking and showcasing the opportunities for service in each. It has
become a springboard from which multitudes get to the field. As the
movement continues to grow we look forward to Next Step Missions
Camp - May 2018. Evangelist Anderson served both as the Feature
Speaker and Panelist.

"Teen & Adult Challenge USA works on a holistic

model of drug and alcohol recovery. This means that
we are concerned with the body, soul, and spirit of
those who come to our addiction recovery centers.
These centers are designed to help individuals learn
how to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ,
and in turn, live drug-free lives"
 HAITI MISSIONS TRIP
On this missions trip to Haiti we had a team of 4
persons, Rev. Anderson Mohammed, Dr. Candice
Jumrattie, Medical Student Amos Jaglal and Jean
Mohammed. We held various Gospel meetings
and health clinics. Some of the things done were
children’s ministry, puppetry, Gospel meetings in
churches, at various communities. We even went
as far as having a few meetings under huge man-
go trees. Numerous people were healed and deliv-
ered and the name of Jesus was exalted. We at
Kairos Evangelistic Association thank you our sup-
porters for everything whether it be praying for us
or giving.
Messages from the team during the
missions trip to HAITI.
Greeting from Haiti,
The last 3 days have been packed with children's ministry, church
services and a medical clinic. We feel so blessed to serve in this
regard. Yesterday (Thursday) we saw 148persons in the clinics in
Montrouis all receiving medicine and we shared the gospel with all at
the beginning. In the service last night we saw a young woman de-
livered from violent demonic possession in Jesus name . To God be
the glory. Keep us in Prayer. Another full day today and we are far
from finished.

Haiti Update 11•06•17
We had a long day of ministry at church, followed by a medical clinic
and children’s ministry. Now we are having an outside street meeting
under a wide mango tree. We are happy :) though we had many
unforeseen obstacles and setbacks today.. God is good. Keep pray-
ing.
This guy showed up at our door step this
morning (June 12th 2017) to share some
good news. That he was healed from se-
vere back and hip pain last night under our
mango tree gospel meeting here in Haiti. "
"Best sleep I ever had" he said.

Our Annual Heart Of Worship 2017

Heart of Worship 2017 themed “BEAUTY FOR ASHES” was

held at the San Fernando Hill on the 27th of August 2017. We
joined with numerous churches across Trinidad to have an
evening of worship, prayer and praise. Guest speaker Pastor
Brandon Avalos from the United States of America shared his
testimony of how God delivered him from a drug addiction and
elevating him to be the head of Teen Challenge rehabilitating
and helping a number of persons overcome addiction through
mentoring, prayer and the undefiled word of God. Indeed the
Holy Spirit moved, lives were touched, many persons hearing
from God through the constant praise worship. Also the OM
Caribbean, (ITNAC) Is There Not A Cause, (YWAM) Youth With
A Mission and Wycliffe Caribbean was present with booths
about there ministry and there partnering with Kairos Evangelis-
tic Association. Special thanks to; Faith Centre Ministries, Faith
Community Church, Faith Assembly International, Grace Point
Fellowship, I.S.M. Ministries, Bryant Henry (Gasparillo ministry
centre), Jesus Worship Centre, Living Word Christian Centre
and many others.

In 2017 the Caribbean region was hit with 2 major

Hurricanes, Irma and Maria. Thankfully, due to your
support we were immediately able to partner with
(ITNAC) Is There Not A Cause to gather and collect
food and clothing to send to the affected islands. As a
result of your involvement in this initiative, we sent sev-
eral truck loads of relief items. We thank all you who
gave of your time and energy in helping sort clothes
and groceries, and packing the trucks. Your generosity
and willingness is an encouragement to all of us here
at Kairos Evangelistic Association.
