29  Annual  Valentine’s  Day  Poetry  Contest  
 
All  poems  should  reflect  love  and/or  Valentine’s  Day.  
Poems  should  be  typed  or  printed,  no  longer  than  16  lines,  and  reflect  love  and/or  
Valentine’s  Day.    Poetry  will  be  judged  on  written  content  only.      
 
Contest  winners  will  receive  an  excused  absence  from  school  to  attend  our  Valentine  
Breakfast  (February  10,  2017  at  8:00  am  at  Oasis  Conference  Center)  to  read  their  
poems.    Poetry  will  be  submitted  to  the  Loveland  Herald  for  possible  publication  in  an  
upcoming  edition.
