The Ethiopian Customs and Revenues Authority is also required to submit any other report related to foreign currency customs declaration in hard and soft copy when requested by the Naienal Bank of Ethiopia. Article 6 Benalty ‘Any person who fails to comply with the provisions ofthis diecive shall be punished in accordance with Article 26 of the National Bark of Ethiopia Establishment (as Amended) Proclamation No, 591/2008.
