 ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The internship opportunity I had with 99 SPEEDMART.SDN.BHD was a great chance for
learning and professional development. Therefore, I consider myself as a very lucky individual
as I was provided with an opportunity to be a part of it. I am also grateful for having a chance to
meet so many wonderful people and professionals who led me though this internship period.

Therefore, I am using this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude and special thanks to
the manager of my trading department of 99 Speedmart who in spite of being extraordinarily
busy with his duties, took time out to hear, guide and keep me on the correct path and allowing
me to carry out my project at their esteemed organization and extending during the training.

I express my deepest thanks to Miss Nur Ain, for taking part in giving necessary advices
and guidance and arranged all facilities to make life easier. I choose this moment to acknowledge
her contribution gratefully. Also I want to thanks to my practical partners for sharing knowledge
and experiences along four months of industrial training. Also thanks to the staffs at 99
speedmart Sdn. Bhd. for giving me full cooperation and endless patience in letting me shadow
them during fieldwork and giving a talk.

Finally, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to my family, friends and also lecturer for
their support, constructive suggestion and also critism. Also special thanks to Kolej Masa
Malaysia, for gives me a chance to involves on profession areas and make me get a full of
confident to get a job and responsible after graduated.
