Yes Rishabh should feared on being caught on some day. Beside to exaggerate experience,
Rishabh should mention his real experience and add briefly about his skills and strengths in
resume as sometimes companies give relaxation if person is suitable for job.

Shanti’s Scenario
1-

As a supervisor, I had two choices as per professional ethics for employers. One is to compensate
shanti’s free time, I had assigned only that work which could be completed in her free time. Second
is to pay shanti additional for her additional services as per shanti consensus.

2-

Not at all. Supervisor’s action is totally against the company and professional standards.

I would assign only that work to shanti which she can complete in the span of her free time.
