Some protein

4 cups of jasmine rice (cooked and chilled)


6 cloves of garlic and
1-2 chili peppers (optional)
3 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 tablespoon fish sauce
1 red bell pepper
2 cup of fresh basil
(cucumber?)
(carrot?)
Cilantro

Grind apart garlic with mortar and pestle. Fry in vegetable oil for a few seconds.
Put in protein and cook half way. Put in oyster sauce, sugar, and fish sauce. Turn
up heat. Put in rice. Cook until protein is cooked. Put in bell pepper. Take off
heat. Put in basil. Garnish with cilantro
