SUBJECT: - ABSENCE FROM DUTY/ OFFICE.

Please, Be aware that in a communication as issued to you vide this office letter
No.800/20-G Dated 07.04.2012 it was bindingly urged upon you to explain own your position alongwith
officers/ officials for non presence at their duty/ office by 10.04.2012 without fail but you has not
submitted formal reply till to-date i.e. 11.04.2012.

In the above state of affairs the undersigned safely concludes that none of you has any
thing to say in your defence and it is an established fact that you and your staff was not on official duty
during the office hours. As you have failed to justify your position with any valid reasons/ grounds.

However in this context by taking lenient view I afford you another chance to submit
your comments/ reply within next 3 days i.e. by 14.04.2012 positively, otherwise the undersigned will
refer the matter to high ups recommending for taking appropriate action under PEEDA Rules.

Strict compliance may be ensured as directed.
