    Achievement:

    In this year 2016, I have worked in SSS activity of central region.

    In central region I have worked for Kansas, Cincinnati, Indiana-Polis, Detroit and CCP market.

    I was one of initiating member for starting SSS activity in all three markets one by one.

    Presently working with CCP market.

    This year from January I have worked on 207 sites. In which 190 sites I have sent it for acceptance.

    Maintaining our target for 19-20 per month. 4 to 5 sites per week per engineer.

    CCP market there is more challenges. I have to maintain KPI sector wise and layer wise.

    I have to work on additional KPI LTE RACH success rate also.

    I have got good appreciation in Kansas, Cincinnati and CCP market leads.

    I have supported work in team during the leave of other team members.
