Well, in Peru, one of the most popular festivals is Mistura, this is a place where people can eat
some of the typical Peruvian foods by simply buying a ticket. In some cases, this place is in front of
the beach. This is a festival in which tourists enjoy not only the food, but also the culture of our
country.

-A typical dish in Peru is ceviche. This dish is made with fresh fish, onion, lemons, variety of
peppers, sweet potato and corn. To prepare this dish, first the fish is cut in small pieces and then
into long pieces are cut the onions. After this, you have to cut in a half and squeeze the lemons.
Then, in little pieces are cut the peppers. After do all of this things, in a glass bowl is mixed all the
ingredients, the salt is added in the bowl. And finally, this dish is served with sweet potato and the
corn.

-A typical drink in Peru is the Pisco sour. This drink is made with Peruvian Pisco, lemon, rubber
syrup or white sugar, egg, ice, angostura bitters. To prepare this drink, in a blender first pour the
12 ounces of Peruvian Pisco, then 4 ounces of lemon juice, 4 ounces of rubber syrup or 6
tablespoon of white sugar and 1 egg white. Then add the ice cubes and liquefy for 8 seconds. And
finally add 3 drops of angostura bitters

-You can offend people by saying that their food is not good

-It’s impolite to talk while others are eating.

-It's nice to buy handicrafts from street vendors in the festival.

- It's inappropriate smoking when there are children around
