Duty = Heavy
Air Quantity Factor = 930 l/s per linear meter of hood
Length of Hood = 1.5 m

III. Calculation:

1 Determine Kitchen Exhaust Flowrate

KEF = Length of Hood x Air Quantity Factor

KEF = 1.5 x 930

KEF = 1395 l/s

2 Determine Kitchen Make-up Flowrate

KMF = 0.95 x KEF

KMF = 0.95 x 1395

KMF = 1325 l/s
