ABSTRACT
The research held in PT. Muamalat Bank of Indonesia, Tbk. aimed to know the
prospect of development of PT. Muamalat Bank of Indonesia, Tbk in the future observed
from the financial view. The variables of financial ratio used in this research were liquidity
ratio (current ratio, fund to deposit ratio), and profitability ratio (net profit margin, return om
asset, return an equity).
From the data obtained and processed by using analisys tool namely simple moving
average three years with different types of financial ratio variables can be concluded that it is
predicted that CR and FDR of Muamalat Bank will have fluctuation because it is influenced
by the national and global economy, however the function of BMI has already run well. NPM
of BMI is predicted to have stable increase obtained from share spread. It was also predicted
that ROA and ROE of BMI remained to be persistent since 2006. In general, the condition of
this capital reversion was already good. Considering that the competition faced was too tight
(can be seen from the fluctuation of profit and balance) but it can be balanced by the stable
financial management. Development prospect of BMI is also predicted will be widely open
which is influenced by the support of many stakeholders.

ABSTRACT
The objective of this research is to explain and evaluate empirically the effect of
entrepreneurship behaviour towards the sector of micro businesse performance in Kendari
Town. Data that is used is primary data that is collected through cross section by using
questionare. Analysis method that is used are descriptive and regrsbivariat analysis. The
result of this research shows that respondents averagely have already given their agreement
statement in deciding and think of entrepreneurship behaviour factor. Hence, the exsitance
of good entrepreneurship behaviour in sector of micro businesse in Kendari Town has an
important role in the increasing of businesse performance. The result of regresi bivariat
analysis shows that entrepreneurship behaviour has a positife and sifnificant effect toward
sector of micro businesse performance in Kendari Town. It means that if we increase
behaviour in entrepreneurship, it can increase the performance of micro businesse sector in
Kendari Town as well. It proves that entrepreneurship behaviour done by entrepreners give a
significant improvement in businesse performance. Thus, implementation of effective
entrepreneurship behaviour will be able to increase to the performance of micro businesse
sector in Kendari Town.

ABSTRACT
This Research is done as a mean to know the system of personnel controling applied
by Company Market Area Town Kendari to personnel retribution Unit Market Wua-Wua Town
Kendari of what have as according to standard specified or not. this Research type is
eksplanatori so that use the primary data collected through the kuesioner. Responder
withdrawal done by census and use appliance analysis method. Result this research indicate
that the system of personnel observation going into effect and applied in Company Market
Area Town Kendari at personnel retribution of Unit Market Wua-Wua Town Kendari have as
according to specified standard, is visible from result analyse the percentage responder
answer of direct controling variable, indirect observation, and sudden controling expressing
according to is 57,2 - 100 %, while 14,3 - 42,8 % expressing inappropriate, hence pursuant
to way of measurement specified by that is taking highest value from percentage responder
answer. This indicate that the controling retribution personnel at Unit Market Wua-Wua
Company Market Area Town Kendari have as according to controling standard specified.

ABSTRACT
This research has purpose to know about, would the segmentation, targeting and
positioning strategy of PT Kendari Pos can be improve the market segmentation which using
segmentation matrix, targeting using matrix strategy approach and positioning using
qualitative approach. The result of this research show that based on descriptive analysis
which using segmentation matrix, descriptive using matrix strategy approach and descriptive
using qualitative approach indicate the marketing activity of Kendari Pos newspaper has
done entirely to the markets segment, includes small and large shop that is gone around in
whole of South East Sulawesi doing by lockers and sales agent who are becoming a
business partner of PT Kendari Pos. Targeting market of Kendari Pos newspaper are
consumer 10- 29 years old, 30-49 years old and over 50 years old, that is the students,
officer, entrepreneur, merchant and pensioner. So that, PT Kendari Pos can improve its sale
volume over the last five years. Product positioning of Kendari Pos newspaper as the local
newspaper getting a first place offeredly five sheets and twenty pages, includes local news,
national and international news and advertising which differs from its competitor. Kendari
Pos newspaper at its everyday publication reach for and maintain its position as the local
media print in South East Sulawesi.

ABSTRACT
The problem of research is how the correlation between Librarian functional allowance
and the working productivity. The aim of this research is to know how the correlation
between librarian functional allowance andtheir productivity., while the advantages are in
order to be used as an evaluation towards who have an authority in determining librarian
functional allowance appropriately, the working productivity can be reached well, also a
siurce of motivation to librarian in developing of career in functional position. This research
used qualitative-descriptive Method and Moment Product Correlation analysis. Sampling was
drawn abaut 30 samples. Thes data colleted by technique Such as, observation, interview,
questionarie and literatures as primary and secondary data respectively.
The result or this research indicated that there’s correlation between Librarian
functional allowance whit working productivity wich has r hit
= 0,3708 and r tab =0,3494. r hit more than r tab with the interval correlation
coefficient was in 0,20 - 0,0399 with low garde significant. ThusThe hypothesis accepted
(Ha) and rejected of (Ho). This research showed that asignifficant correlation which means
that the higher of fungtion allowance the more working productivity.

ABSTRACT
The aim of this research is to explain and assess empirically the relation of
compensation with the working achievement in PT. POS Indonesia ( persero ) branch
Kendari. The result of this research shows that : (1) compensation has significant relation
with working achievement if we see from indicator of ability to keep responsible done, which
is proven by the score of X 2 hitung = 22,04 > X2 tabel = 9,49. (2) There is significant relation
between compensation with working achievement of workers from the indicator of ability to
carry out work effectively and efficiently, which is marked with score of X 2 hitung = 28,47 > X2
tabel = 9,49, (3) there is a significant relation between compensation with working achievement
if we see from the assessment indicator towards seriousity in carrying out the work, which is
marked with the score X2 hitung = 21,28 > X2 tabel = 9,49. (4) there is significant relation between
compensation with working achievement of workers if we see from the ability indicator in
designing working implementation carefully, which is marked with the score nilai X 2 hitung =

This riset has purpose to know about the stock valuation through price earning ratio
approach at the otomotif industry in Jakarta Stock Exchange. Type of data used in this riset
is secondary data. The company which fulfilling the sample’s criteria is eight from fifteen
otomotif companies. The data was analyzed by descriptive analysis. The result of riset show
that the otomotif industry which its stock prices was over priced, are: Good Year Indonesia
Tbk in the year 2002- 2004, Gajah Tunggal Tbk in 2006, Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk
in 2004 and 2005, Multi Prima Sejahtera Tbk in 2004 and 2006, and Nipress Tbk in 2004.
The height of stock prices was caused by total share circulate too little. The overcome this
matter, the company can do tha share resolving (stock split), right issue dan stock deviden.
The otomotif company which its stock prices was under priced, are: Prima Alloy Steel Tbk in
2002-2006, Branta Mulia Tbk in 2002-2006, Good Year Indonesia Tbk in 2005 and 2006,
Gajah Tunggal Tbk in 2002, 2003 and 2006, Multi Prima Sejahtera in 2002-2005, Nipress in

was caused by total of share circulate to much. To anticipate this matter, hence company can
do the prchasing return the share (repurchase of stock) and improving dividen share on
chance that amount of share circulate will deciease and its stock prices will increase.

ABSTRACT
This research is conducted in UKM Anaway in Countryside Anggopiu, Subdistrict of
Uepai of Regency Konawe. Data to calculate the elegibility finansial at januari 2008, while
resistivity test conducted at juni 2006. Research relied by consideration that UKM Anaway
represent the single effort vco of exist in Regency Konawe. Data obtained in this research is
analysed descriptively and quantitative.
From research obtained by result that by financial is effort competent vco UKM
Anaway to be continued. This matter is based for analysis result indicating that value
NPV>0, assess the NBCR>1 and assess the IRR bigger than storey;level rate of interest
going into effect ( 24%), result analyse the sensitivitas, indicating that though expense go up
10% and benefit remain to, effort vco UKM Anaway still be competent by finansil to be
continued, and from result test the resistivity vco to bacterium E.Coli show the VCO able to
pursue the growth of bacterium E.Coli at concentration 50% broadly zona pursue 12,00 mm.
