The five Coffee Tables that you ordered by your letter January 25 are on their way and should
reach your company by March 2.
The three Alpha desks are coming from the factory, however, and will not arrive here until
March 12 or 13. That means you will get them around March 26 or 27.
Do you still want the Alpha desks? Or would you like us to bill you for the Coffee Tables only,
so you can place the Alpha desks order at a later date?
Please add your reply below, retain the red copy for your records, and send as the white and blue
copies.
