PROGRAMME FOR 3RD MARCH 2018

Session 1:
1. Meeting Point: Total Service Station next to Airtel (along Mombasa Road).
2. Time: 8am on the dot (but members should plan to arrive earlier to allow for every opportunity to
bond).
3. Briefing, Route Planning, Prayer: 8.30am
4. Departure: 8.45am
5. First Stop: Machakos Junction at 10am
6. Second Stop: Machakos Town at 10.30am
7. Final Stop: Kusyo Hotel (Any stops before this final stop will be guided by the Lead Car) by 12pm
latest.

Session 2:
1. Settling Down: Members bond
2. Introductions: Members to officially introduce each other and what they do
3. Mini Meeting: Way forward for the club
4. Lunch: Order for lunch by each member (not as a group – everyone on their own)
5. Fun Activities: Swimming/ Team Building/ Bike Riding/ Bird Watching/ Gym/ Etc.
6. Briefing, Route Planning, Prayer: 4.30pm
7. Departure: 4.45pm (Good time to catch attention with convoy if turn out is good)
