Hi LUZ,

Since you are a valued Xapo user, we just wanted to let you know about
some important changes to our Terms of Use that may affect you!
All incoming transactions to Xapo, including payouts from faucets (unless
they directly pay out to Xapo), are now charged a network fee if your
incoming transaction is less than the amount listed here. This fee is to cover
the transaction cost of the bitcoin network.
If you are expecting to receive small transactions to your Xapo account, we
suggest waiting until your funds have accumulated to more than the
minimum amount that we allow without charging a fee. We don't want you to
lose any of your hard-earned funds!
Thank you for understanding,
The Xapo Team

IMPORTANT CHANGES - PLEASE READ

Hi LUZ,

Xapo has discontinued paying network transaction fees for outgoing

transactions. Please keep in mind that this does not affect transactions to
other Xapo accounts nor the Xapo Debit Card.

Now, all Xapo users pay the miners fee themselves in order to send
transactions out of Xapo.

Firstly, as we have been mentioning to our users over the last couple of
months and showing on our fees page, Xapo began to charge a fee for very
small incoming transactions (which can always be transparently shown via
the fees page). This will only affect you if you are planning on receiving tiny
transactions to your Xapo account, so we suggest that you always check the
minimum and maximum that can be received without being charged a fee.
These are constantly changing with the bitcoin network and its limitations,
so it's important to check this before you receive a small transaction to your
Xapo account.

Secondly, Xapo users now pay the miners fee to send outgoing
transactions. No portion of this fee goes to Xapo. It is simply that the
volume of bitcoin transactions has increased, so we'd like to offer you the
ability to choose between a standard or high priority fee in order for you to
control how quickly you'd like your transaction to be mined!

Thank you for understanding!
