SUGGESTION

during unloading,driver is idle,he may move to shipping deptt for picklist


driver does'nt know what is to be loaded,else he may park the vehicle at right location

arrangement of crates must be changed for optimum utilisation of unused space


folklifters drivers must be trained to follow the shortest path
no. of fallstes must be increased to decrease the waiting time in belting and tarpaulin
belting is time consuming.one trained worker must be employed by company itself
