Our group chose the topic “Awareness of Veterans” because we were having trouble making a

decision and felt it was important to support our veterans since they are not given enough care

after their sacrifices. The topic is important to the community because veterans and soldiers are a

part of society and need care just like all others. We are going to distribute our product on

Monday and we hope the community will like our product and make more of an effort to assist

veterans after our efforts of awareness. Their reaction, was excited and appreciative of our efforts

to help with donations to the veterans home. It made me feel joyful because I knew that

supporting awareness of our veterans was a great thing to do because of their sacrificial love for

this country. I think our group made a difference in our community by alerting others of our

desire to help our homeless veterans.
