Firstly , we should thank you that you preferred ZERE marked sandust conveyor , we wish your happiness for the product of our frm. In this book , you will find the necessary informations to work with this conveyor , without any breakdown and necessary precautions to any breakdown. To work with respect to the rules , make the maintenance on time will make your machine life longer. For this reason , we recommend the user and maintenance personnel to keep this book always on hand. Operating and maintenance conditions must be with respect to this book. Otherwise , the producer will not be responsible from the other conditions. AS bon't operate the machine without reading the book. Obey the safety precautions on the machine. Comply, with safety precautions + You can demand service from the producer firm directiy for your unsolved problems. + When you demand spare part , you must give machine type and production number. LONG SAWDUST CONVEYOR ‘Sawdust conveyor , Is a saw dust carrying system used in CNC lathe or special reasoned lathe According to using reasons , they are classified in 3 main groups. 1, Long sawdust conveyor. 2. Short sawdust conveyor. 3. Magnetic sawdust conveyor. Tn this book , you will ind the informations about using long sawdust conveyor. ‘As mentioned above , as can be understood from the ames , sawdust conveyors are chosen according to savidust ‘produced during process and should be used for this reason, Long sandust conveyors are used only in the firms having long sawdust. Otherwise , you can’ always hhave problems frequently. These candltions are also valid for other types. When sawdust conveyor is used correctly , the sawdust produced will be clean and cavrried out of the ‘machine securely. So , you will save time and productive power. CONVEYOR PACKAGING ‘Saw dust conveyors are covered with naylons to protect it from dust and water and placed on tramspalette. ‘The conveyor covered with profile cage can be lifted and lowered with the crane from the ropes fastened with the 4 lifting points on the cage. ( Figure 1). To make liting and lowering easier , It was placed on transpalette to carry it with Besa feral el TTT ETT \en You can carry the sawdust conveyors with transpalette located under the package or with the hooks ‘on the package, a (Figure 1-b : Conveyor Package ) ‘TRANSPORT OF THE SAWDUST CONVEYOR ‘The transport of sawdust conveyor , Is done with the hooks on it. (Balance points ) (Figure 2- Transport of conveyor. ) Loading and unloading process can also be made with forklt by taking care of balance point. (Figure 2 - ) When receiving the conveyor , damages should be controlled during transport. Damages should be informed to transporters and the producer. A during transport ,apply the sefety rules. ‘THE MOUNTING AND INSTALLATION For the mounting of conveyor , the two carrying wheels, should be mounted. So , you can'move the machine easily ‘The conveyor should be driven on the sawdust cauldron from the chimney on the machine. The conveyor under the machine should be balanced with water scale. The conveyor should be fixed with the fixing screw after maunting , the plug on the tip of circuit ald be given rete om the act with id be greased and wi {for S minutes. For ‘grounding cables , please use yellow - green cables not any other colour. ‘The conveyor should be worked during the working of oom, When loom is stopped , the conveyor also be stopped. During the machine is on position , balance Control should be done. 2, The parts having no contact with cooling water should be greased, 3, The electrical connection should be done correctly. 4. During the conveyor working , don’t come near the revoluing and running parts and don’t put your hands in, (MAINTENANCE ‘Sawdust conveyors are produced as long sawdust ‘conveyor and short sawdust conveyor. The long one is used in the firms having long sawdust. And short one in the firms hheving short sawdust. The long one should not be wed in the firm having short sawdust. Otherwise , the short sawdust will goin from the mtervals of the palette, and cause the conveyor palette system to be locked, During working the cooling water should be controlied.iF it has its cheracteristc. The cooling water in the conveyor water cawidran also make the olling of the working parts of the conveyor. So , wrong cooling water will ‘cause the oxidation of conveyor ad make I to be locked On the loom working , the conveyor should be worked in front position . Otherwise , paletten system will be locked. In this condition, the conveyo should be worked forward and back to be cleaned. ( Figure ~5 ). When you con't solve the problem , conveyor should be upkeeped, Cleaning process begins with taking the conveyor from the water cauldron. The sawdust In the cauldron are cleaed with ay cloth, The cloth should be put in from the back part. When the conveyor works in apposite direction. (Figure 5- Cleaning Of Conveyor } ‘+ This step can also be made from the front part when the conveyor is working in normal direction. So the inver floor of conveyar should be cleaned. ‘+ The beds should be greased monthly. + The reductor revoluing the paletten should not be taken out not greased. The reductor oil can not be cchanged. During the reductor breakdown , the service should be called. + For the cleaning of water tank , the water must be taken out. The Sawdust in the fank should be removed with scraper. + Sawdust and other harmful materials should be removed, ‘+ The cooling iguid should be controled when less should be completed. + The electric and screw connections of electric motor should be controlled. + The stretcher of the palette should be controlled. 2.Monthly Maintenance : ‘+ The conveyor should be taken out from the loom and cooling liguid should be unloaded. ‘+ The cleaning cover should be opened and washed with het water oF motorin. + The stretcher of the palette should be controle. + During the mounting of conveyor under loom , balance control should be done. + By filing with cooling liguid , the machine should be in working position. ‘3. Transport Palette Maintenance : When any material can be get in the conveyor , the ‘conveyor should be stopped. If without working of ‘conveyor , the material can not be taken out, the conveyor should be worked to to make the material out from the part of palette. When you cant get any solution , don’t continue the conveyor working Otherwise , the palette can be dammaged, SIKMAK. GEVSETMEK (Figure 6: Tensioning Screws In those conditions pelet should be pulled up and the ‘material can be taken and cleaning of the machine should be done. To pull up the conveyor palette part , firstly you should determine the place of palette chain. The pull up holes on the FK 205 beds should be placed on the palet body joint. The tensioning screws should be stretched. ( Figure-6 j ‘The pin on the lock should be taken out , from the mile pulling up hole. ( Figure-7 ). Palette Is taken out from the Upper part. MONTAS DELICE (a18mm,) Repair and upkeep process Is finished , the way to pull up palette is performed oppositely to mount the palette in the conveyor. WRONG USAGE ‘The machine electrical system should be controlled and ower connections should be according to system: Ifthe machine is for hard dust , when you work with thin dust (brass , pig iron , etc. ) the cleaning of palette should be hourly. Otherwise the machine will be locked ‘The machine should always be forwerd position. In the ‘opposite direction , should not be worked. ( Except upkeep ‘and cleaning conditions. ) ‘When the motor is out of circuit , don’t make it work before the breakdown reason is learned. Small breakdown ‘can cause bigger ones. Warning labels should be taken care of. (Figure ~8 ). Without understanding the userbook , don't make the machine work, WARNING LABELS (On the conveyor , there are worning labels and the informations about the firm. They are placed to warn the User during the conveyor working and upkeep from the risks. (Figure -8 ). Don't take the labels out and not work without labels. (Figure 8- The Place OF Labels ) For any eason during the fall and taking out of labels, please attach the spare fabel given you with the user book.
