Your telecommunications service provider (OMANTEL/OOREDOO/ AWASR) has instructed us to in
stall fiber optical cable at your premises so you can receive broadband service.

I understand and agree that Oman Broadband
(OBC) will provide a fibre optical cable to the
property and this cable could remain for a
period up to 25 years which is the design life
of the cable once buried for operation. The
cable supplied by OBC is exclusively to
facilitate the telecommunications service
provider to provide a broadband service.
I understand that OBC is not responsible for
the bandwidth or content of any services
delivered by the telecommunications service
provider.
I am aware of the work that OBC will carry
out to install fibre to my property and the
terms on which they will carry out the work. I
agree and undertake to provide the necessary
support and cooperation towards that.
I agree not to interfere with OBC’s installed
fibre optical cable, and agree to allow access
for the OBC to this property in the future for
the purpose of maintaining their network.

‫الموصل بعقاري هو حصريا لتسهيل خدمة‬
‫األتصاالت ذات النطاق العريض والتي سيقوم‬
‫بتوفيرها مزود الخدمة‬.
‫كما أقر بأني على علم بأن الشركة العمانية للنطاق‬
‫العريض ليست مسؤولة عن خدمة األتصاالت ذات‬
‫النطاق العريض أو محتواها أو عن الخدمة المقدمة‬
‫من قبل مزود الخدمة‬.
‫كما أقر بأني علي دراية كاملة باالعمال التي ستقوم‬
‫بها الشركة العمانية للنطاق العريض من اجل تزويد‬
‫ وأوافق‬. ‫العقار المملوك لي بكابل لأللياف البصرية‬
‫وأتعهد بتقديم الدعم الالزم و التعاون من اجل انجاز‬
‫ذلك علي الوجه المطلوب‬.
‫وأوافق على المحافظة على كابل األلياف البصرية‬
‫المزود من قبل الشركة العمانية للنطاق العريض و‬
‫العناية بها و أن أسمح بدخول موظفي الشركة العمانية‬
‫للنطاق العريض للعقار الغراض الصيانة متى ما‬
‫طلب مني ذلك‬.
