Sub : Prayer for an extra free semester (under freedom fighter scholarship quota).

Sir,

With due respect and honour, I want to let you know that I am Anamika Rahaman bearing ID:
162051007, a regular student of your reputed university. I am studying in your university under freedom
fighter quota. As per rules of university, I have got six free semester to complete my MBA and it was
sufficient for me . But in first semester I met an accident and my left ankle got severely injured. For this
reason in that time I need to take rest about four months and I had to drop a whole semester as a
result I need an extra free semester (which I dropped before) to complete my MBA.

Therefore, I pray and hope that, after considering above circumstances you will kindly grant me an extra
free semester and oblige thereby.
