Lactose Broth

 ______ g of Lactose Broth was dissolved into 1L of distilled water. 20 mL of the broth solution was
pipetted into the culture tube, then the Durham tube was placed inside in an inverted position,
with no bubbles lingering inside the tube. The tubes were autoclaved containing the broth for
sterilization.

Brilliant Green Lactose Bile/Broth (BGLB)
