1 GENERAL/ KHÁI QUÁT CHUNG

1.1 WORK INCLUDED CÔNG VIỆC BAO GỒM

a) Work in the Specifications is divided into descriptive Sections, which are not intended to
delegate functions or work to any specific Contractor or identify absolute contractual limits
between Contractors, nor between the Contractor and his Sub-contractor. The
requirements of any one Section apply to all other Sections, for example: the motor service
factor requirement. Refer to other Divisions and Sections to ensure a completed
operational product and fully coordinated standard of work.

Công việc được chia thành những phần thuyết minh trong Thông số kỹ thuật, và không
không nhằm mục đích ủy thác các chức năng hoặc công việc cho bất kỳ Nhà thầu cụ thể nào
hoặc xác định các giới hạn hợp đồng hiển nhiên giữa Nhà thầu, cũng như giữa Thầu chính
và Thầu phụ. Các yêu cầu của bất kỳ một Mục nào áp dụng cho tất cả các phần khác, ví dụ:
yêu cầu về yếu tố dịch vụ mô-tơ. Tham khảo các Điều khoản và Mục khác để đảm bảo sản
phẩm hoạt động hoàn chỉnh và chuẩn bị đầy đủ về tiêu chuẩn công việc.

b) The direction to 'provide' equipment, materials, products, labour and services shall be
interpreted to 'supply, install and test' the works described herein as indicated on the
Drawings and specified in the Specifications.

Việc hướng dẫn “cung cấp” thiết bị, vật tư, sản phẩm, lao động và dịch vụ được diễn giải là
“cung cấp, lắp đặt và thử nghiệm” các công việc được miêu tả trong tài liệu này như đã
được nêu trong Bản vẽ và qui định trong Thông số kỹ thuật.

c) Provide and include in the Contract Price plumbing works including mechanical components
and normal system accessories not shown on the Drawings or stipulated in the
Specifications, and required to ensure completed operational systems and a fully
coordinated standard of Work acceptable to the Construction Manager and all authorities
having jurisdiction.

Cung cấp và bao gồm Giá hợp đồng Công tác ống nước như chi tiết cơ khí và các phụ kiện
hệ thống đơn thuần mà không thể hiện trên Bản vẽ hay được quy định trong Thông số kỹ
thuật, và được yêu cầu để đảm bảo hệ thống vận hành hoàn chỉnh cũng như chuẩn bị đầy
đủ về tiêu chuẩn công việc đupợc chấp thuận bởi Quản lý xậy dựng và tất cả csc cơ quan có
thẩm quyền.

d) Supply and installation of the following/ Cung ứng và lắp đặt các mục như sau:

1. Domestic water supply system complete in all respects including submittal, shop
drawings, piping, water meters, valves, back-flow preventer, bibs, insulation, all
 accessories required for complete and operational of the system except pumps and
accessories.

Hệ thống cấp thoát nước (hệ thống vệ sinh) hoàn thiện về mọi mặt bao gồm cả đệ
trình hồ sơ, bản vẽ thi công, đường ống, đồng hồ nước, van, thiết bị chống tràn
ngược, yếm khí, cách điện, tất cả các phụ kiện được yêu cầu để hoàn thiện và vận
hành hệ thống ngoại trừ đường ống và các phụ kiện khác.

2. Water service connection from the existing water main, including water meter,
float valve. Any and all other work involve in providing the complete operation of
the water supply system.

Kết nối đường ống nước từ đường ống hiện hữu, bao gồm đồng hồ nước, van phao.
Bất kỳ hay tất cả công việc khác liên quan đến việc cung cấp vận hành hoàn thiện
hệ thống cấp nước.

1.2 INTENT/PHASING MỤC TIÊU/ PHÂN ĐOẠN

a) Mention in the Specifications or the indication on the Drawings of equipment, materials,

operation and methods, requires provision of the quality noted, the quantity required, and
the systems complete in every respect.

Đề cập trong Thông số kỹ thuật hoặc chỉ số trên bản vẽ của thiết bị, vật tư, hệ điều hành,
phương pháp, yêu cầu các điều khoản chất lương phải được thú thích, số lượng yêu cầu, và
hệ thống hoàn thiện về mọi mặt.

b) Consider the Specifications as an integral part of the accompanying Drawings. Any item or
subject omitted from one or the other, but which is either mentioned or reasonably implied,
shall be considered as properly and sufficiently specified.

c) Xem xét các Thông số kỹ thuật như là một phần không thể tách rời của bản vẽ đi kèm. Bất
kỳ mục hoặc chủ đề nào đã bỏ sót từ một hoặc khác, nhưng được đề cập hoặc hàm ý một
cách hợp lý, sẽ được xem xét một cách chính xác và đầy đủ.

d) Be completely responsible for the acceptable condition and operation of all systems,
equipment and components forming part of the installation or directly associated with it.
Promptly replace defective materials, equipment and parts of equipment and repair related
damages.

Phải hoàn toàn chịu trách nhiệm về điều kiện và hoạt động chấp nhận được của tất cả các
hệ thống, thiết bị và các thành phần tạo thành một phần của quá trình lắp đặt hoặc liên
quan trực tiếp đến nó. Nhanh chóng thay thế vật liệu, thiết bị và bộ phận bị lỗi của thiết bị
và sửa chữa các hư hỏng có liên quan.

e) Phasing shall be scheduled with the Construction Manager/Owner.

1.3 COORDINATION/ ĐIỀU PHỐI

a) Coordinate and schedule Plumbing works with all other work in the same area or with work
which is dependent upon Plumbing works so as to facilitate mutual progress.

Phối hợp và lên lịch cho công tác Ống nước cùng với tất cả các công tác khác trong cùng
một khu vực làm việc hoặc cung với công tác phụ thuộc vào Đường ống nước để tạo thuận
lợi cho sự tiến độ.

b) Identify and resolve interference problems prior to prefabrication and installation of

equipment. Submit interference drawings for review upon Construction Manager Request.

Xác định và giải quyêt các vấn đề trở ngại trước khi bắt đầu làm công tác tiền chế và lắp đặt
thiết bị. Trình bản vẽ để xem xét dựa theo yêu cầu của Quản lý Xây dựng.

c) Examine the site and all Contract Documents prior to bid submission. No allowance will be
made for any difficulties encountered due to any features of the building, methods of
construction, site or surrounding public and private property which existed up to the bid
close.

Kiểm tra địa điểm công trình và tất cả các tài liệu hợp đồng trước khi nộp hồ sơ dự thầu.
Không có bất kỳ khó khăn nào gặp phải do bất kỳ đặc điểm nào của công trình, phương
pháp xây dựng, địa điểm hoặc tài sản công và tư xung quanh đó đã hiện hữu cho đến lúc
đóng thầu.

1.4 REFERENCE STANDARDS/ TIÊU CHUẨN THAM KHẢO

a) Provide new materials and equipment of proven design and quality. Provide current
models of equipment with published ratings certified by recognized local and international
testing and standards agencies.

Cung cấp vật liệu mới và thiết bị có thiết kế và chất lượng đã được chứng minh. Cung cấp
các mô hình hiện tại của thiết bị có xếp hạng công bố được chứng nhận bởi các cơ quan
kiểm định và tiêu chuẩn trong nước và quốc tế được công nhận. Workmanship and
installation methods shall conform to the best modern practice. Employ skilled tradesmen
to perform work under the direct supervision of fully qualified personnel.

b) Install equipment in strict accordance with manufacturers written recommendations.

standard codes, guides and other documents issued by Authorities, Institutions and
Organisations referred to in various sections including the following:
