Richard Duke of York- Richard eventually attempted to take the throne, but
was dissuaded, although it was agreed that he would become king on
Henry's death. But within a few weeks of securing this agreement, he died
in battle.

Edward IV (1442-1483) -Son of richard duke of york       
Richard III -son of richard duke of york (Reign: 1483 - 1485): was the last
Yorkist king of England, whose death at the   Battle of Bosworth effectively
ended the Wars of the Roses.
Elizabeth of York (11 February 1466 – 11 February 1503) was queen
consort of England from 1486 until her death. As the wife of Henry VII, she
was the first Tudor queen.

THE FIRST BATTLE OF ST. ALBANS

The first battle of a civil war that start the war of roses in
22 may 1455.
The duke of somerset were the king favorite in that time
and also a rival of duke of york.
Duke of somerset try to take control the power when the
king Henry VI have a mental breakdown.
The house of york gather their troop from the north by the
support of his alliance and march to London. The battle took
place near st. Albans where the two army met. 
The result of the battle was the defeat of the king's army
and complete victory of duke of york.

THE BATTLE OF TOWTON

After the battle of st.Albans. In 1460 Richard the duke of

york was killed in the battle. His son then replace his
position and lead the york army.
Edward of york lead his army to get rid all of the lanchaster
and fight near the Towton
The war was to get rid all of the Lancaster. It is one of the
most of bloodiest battle in England which 28,000 were kill.
The result was a victory of the york and Edward of york was
rename into king Edward IV.
KIng henry VI was capture and margaret of Anjou was exile
after the war.

THE BATTLE OF BARNET

After king Edward IV took the throne. He made a mistake in

a political and cause earl of warwick his close alliance turn
against him
Earl of warwick made a rebellion against Edward IV. The
Earl of warwick led the lancaster force and his alliance from
france led by margaret of anjou. Make Edward IV flee and
restore king henry VI for only a short time.
After that Edward IV came back with an army and confront
with Earl of warwick in the battle of Barnet. Earl of warwick
was killed in the battle and margaret of Anjou was put into
the prison. This make Edward's throne secure.

THE BATTLE OF BOSWORTH

After Edward IV die. His successor a young prince was locked up

and later disappear by RIchard III.
Richard III took the throne but cause a split in york faction. Later
on Henry Tudor which is from the house of lancaster gain many
popularity and build an army in France.

THE BATTLE OF BOSWORTH

2 year after Richard III took the throne. Henry Tudor lead his
army and invade England. The two army fought near north of
barnet and the battle was call battle of Bosworth the last battle of
the war of roses.
The result was the victor of Henry tudor. Henry tudor took the
throne and then later marry Elizabeth of york and make the two
house joined together and end the war of roses permanently.

 Fall of Richard III and accession of Henry VII
In 1483
- Edward IV died.
 THE END OF - His son name Edward V became the king but
WARS OF  prevented by Richard III.
- Richard III became the king.
THE ROSES In 1485
- Henry Tudor killed Richard III in the battle of
Bosworth.
- Henry Tudor became king and changed his
 name to Henry VII.
- Henry VII married the daughter of Edward IV
name Elizabeth of York.
In 1487
- Henry VII united the 2 roses to become the
house of Tudor. 
- The End of the Wars of the Roses.
The war set the path for the start of
the English reformation which would EFFECTS OF
change how the world would view
England.  WARS OF
The weakening of the nobility of
England and the strengthening of the
ROSES
merchant class and the royalty.
Facilitate the Tudor to enhance the
authoritarian power and the
development of the new class and the
capitalist class.
England lost the last of its holdings in
France.
