CRUZ ‘A RESOLUTION URGING THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT TO CREATE A COMPREHENSIVE LAND. USE PLAN (CLUP) FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAINTA, RIZAL. WHEREAS, the Municipality of Cainta, Rizal has experienced a drastic transformation in its S development since the year 2004; WHEREAS, this transformation has accelerated the progressive development of the Municipality of Cainta. Rizal; WHEREAS, there is an urgent need to sustain the progressive development of the Municipality ‘of Cainta, Rizal thru the utilization of a Comprehensive Land Use Plan; \ WHEREAS, it has been established through a thorough verification of the records at the Municipal Government of Cainta, the HLURB and the Provincial Government of Rizal that the Municipal Government of Cainta, Rizal has not adopted a Comprehensive Land Use Plan; WHEREAS, RA 7160 otherwise known as the New Local Government Code of 1991 mandates ‘that municipalities prepare and/or update their respective Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) ; WHEREAS, a detailed research relevant to the Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) of the Municipality of Cainta, Rizal has been conducted by the Hon. Danilo J. Cruz at the University of the Phillispines during the course of his acquisition of a diploma in Urban Planning, which can be used as an 2id in establishing a Comprehensive Land Use Plan for the Municipality of Cainta, Rizal; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Municipality of Cainta ‘through the Office of the Municipal Mayor, initiate the creation of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan to | conform to sound technical and participatory processes as required by the developmental needs of the Municipality; “ A GePage 2 Resolution No. 2009-039 ADOPTED: JUNE 15, 2009 Let copies of this Resolution be furnished all concerned offices for their information, guidance and implementation. | HEREBY CERTIFY to the correctness of the foregoing resolution which was duly adopted by the ‘Sangguniang Bayan during its regular session held on June 15, 2009.
