Scrub dishes and send them through the washer, unload the washer, put dishes away, clean ovens,
sweep and mop areas, scrub walls, power wash the dishwasher, power wash carts and squeegee water

Diamond Jo Casino Line/Prep Cook (October 2017-March 2018)

Prep the food to go onto the buffet line, cut vegetables, fry food, replace food that runs out, fill food in the
employee dining room, cook on all 4 stations of the buffet, make salads for the Woodfire Grill, help the
dishwashers, take out the trash, compact cardboard, weigh and throw out food waste and check/record
temperatures of food.

Art (2014-present)
I love to draw and mold things. You have to be very patient with art and be prepared to fail many
times. Just because you mess up a few times, doesn’t mean you should give up. Art can always
be fixed with more time and effort.
Cooking (2016-present)
I love cooking because there are so many different recipes to make that you could never get
bored. Cooking always keeps me busy and most times puts me in a better mood. Having a job
in a kitchen is tough work, but I'm up to the challenge.
