TENDER NOTICE
AGAINST SPECIFICATION NO. ESD-488 THROUGH E- TENDERING
E-Tenders in two parts, Part-I & Part-II, valid for six months, are invited for the supply of
equipment as per details given in the following table against tender specification No. ESD-488.
Part I of the bid shall contain earnest money amounting to Rs. 26,00,000.00 (Rs. Twenty Six
Lac only) in the form of Bank Guarantee on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 5/- per thousand subject
to maximum of Rs. 10,000.00 in favour of "Superintending Engineer, Electricity Substation Design
Circle II, UPPTCL, Lucknow”, prequalification details, technical and commercial terms etc. and Part-
II shall contain prices only. Part-I shall be opened on the date mentioned below. In case of holiday on
the due dates, submission/opening will be on next working date at the same time.

Tender documents can be downloaded from e-procurement website etender.up.nic.in on
payment of non- refundable tender fee of Rs. 10,500.00 (Cost Rs. 10,000.00+ GST Rs. 500.00 @
5%) in the form of crossed demand draft only in favour of “UPPTCL SBI A/c No. 30231982762",
payable at Lucknow. Tender can be submitted only on e-procurement website etender.up.nic.in up to
schedule date and time. Bidders are requested to get themselves registered with U.P.Electronics
Corporation, Lucknow so as to obtain digital signature for participation.
The bid of the firm without Tender Fee against the purchase of document and without EMD
shall not be opened. Scanned copies of the demand draft towards tender fee and earnest money
deposit shall have to be submitted with the tender document. The original bank draft, EMD and hard
copy of the tender document shall have to be submitted in the office of Superintending Engineer,
Electricity Substation Design Circle-II, UPPTCL, Lucknow before scheduled date & time of the
tender opening. The date of opening of part-II shall be intimated later to qualified bidders.
Undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any offer without assigning any reasons
