BE IT ENACTED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND
THE UNITED STATES SENATE IN
CONGRESS ASSEMBLED, THAT

2. To establish the federal involvement in the reporting of reckless driving 3. Section 1: Place to report 4. Provide states websites that allow cases of reckless driving to be reported 5. Section 2: Place to call 6. Hotlines be installed that allow people to call and report cases of reckless driving 7. Section 3: When reported 8. Those with reports must pass online driving classes and those that go past another reporting threshold may lose driving privileges. 9. Section 4: Specifics 10. Once a person has reached a certain number of reports they are sent a letter describing their infractions 11. Section 5: Enactment Date: 12. This bill takes effect 90 days after its passage.
