Polytechnic University of the Philippines – College of Engineering proudly presents PUP Hygears as the official entry for
Shell Fuel Economy Challenge and Shell Eco-Marathon 2018 Battery Electric Category. The team managed to snatch 4th
place on Diesel-Prototype with EVEII while Team PUP Manila made their mark on 11th place for Gasoline Prototype with
Sinagtala; making PUP one of the very few universities in whole of Asia to make winning records on two categories of
fuel efficiency last Shell Eco Marathon 2016. The team, being comprised of passionate engineering, architecture and
marketing students, aspires to undertake another journey on this year’s competition. PUP Hygears will be needing all
the help they can get to achieve excellent results.

PUP Hygears invites your company, Polyklear Fiberglass and Resins, to be one of our valued partners in this journey.
Knowing that this event will be exposed nationally and internationally, the team can provide branding, promotional and
marketing opportunities for your product and/or services. The company can have the full access to all media materials
such as videos, pictures and news articles may it be in printed or in digital form. The company name and logo can be
included to every sponsorship recognition tarpaulin and prints that will brought to Clark, Pampanga for SEMCP 2018 and
Changi Exhibition Centre, Singapore for SEMA 2018. Name and logo can also be included at the delegates’ jackets and
shirts, the driver’s fire-retardant jump suit, the driver’s helmet and the team’s prototype car for the event. Such names
and logos will surely resonate at the team’s annual exhibit to held at various locations. The company can also be
publicized timely by the team’s monthly online endorsement and newsletter. The company can also have partial
ownership of the car that can be used to exalt the company at its own exhibits, events, etc.

In return, PUP Hygears will be needing Php 80000 worth of raw materials and Php 20000 worth of funds for the
fabrication of the vehicle and for the marketing materials for your company
