Admissions Scores of HKDSE Applicants Admitted in 2015

The following table shows the upper quartile, median, lower quartile, and lowest scores of
HKDSE applicants admitted to each programme based on the calculation of (i) best 5 HKDSE
subjects in Category A or Category C, and (ii) 4 core subjects and best 2 elective subjects in
Category A or Category C of HKDSE respectively. The main selection principle adopted by the
corresponding programme is shaded in the following table. Please note that some programmes
may have additional requirements (e.g. specific subject requirements, subject weightings, etc.) in
the selection process which are not reflected here.

3. The HKDSE scores listed here are for reference only, and should not be used to predict the
chance of admission to any programme in future years, for at least two reasons:

(a) admission is not necessarily based on examination results alone; and

(b) the examination results of applicants admitted to each programme vary from year to
