    Dear Ma’am,

    I am sending this letter to inform you that I will be resigning from my position as Job
    Order- Clerk of Palo Tourism Investment Promotion Office of LGU PALO. Although I have so
    enjoyed working with you in your good office, personal reasons necessitate that I vacate my
    position for the reason that I’ll be taking care of my bedridden grandfather at home. So I am
    submitting my resignation to take effect immediately.

    Thank you very much for the opportunities, for the professional and personal
    development that you have provided me during the last 4 years. I have enjoyed working for the
    department and appreciate the support of my co-workers provided me during my tenure with
    the LGU-PALO under Palo tourism investment promotion.
